  • CD copies are available for $3.00 each
  • CD's with the Video message in either Windows Media File format or Real Network Format available for $3.00 each

The process requires two steps:

2. Pay for each item..
Send us a check or money order for the amount. Shipping is $2.50 per book.

Once I have confirmation that we have received payment we will ship out the materials right away. We will cover the costs of shipping and handling.
