Genesis 39:1 (KJV)
And Joseph was brought down to Egypt; and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him of the hands of the Ishmeelites, which had brought him down thither.
- There was guilt in possessing another
- There was burden in possessing another
- There was constant conviction in possessing another

- The payments on a car
- The upkeep of a house
- The commitments of an expensive hobby toy
How often do we come into the possession of a thing only to long for someone to take it off our hands?
